Frequently asked questions
How do I record a night?
Open the Usage tab, tap the day on the calendar, choose your setup, and tap Record. To add hours, tap the time next to Hours used first. You can record any past day, but not future days, and only one setup per day.
How do I fix a mistake?
Tap the day, then tap the record to change its hours, or use Change setup or Remove Record.
How does replacing a supply work?
On the Supplies tab, tap Replace next to the item. Its usage and hours restart from the date you choose, in every setup that uses it, and one is taken from your stock count. Anything already recorded for that day counts toward the old item.
What is the 4:00 cutoff?
Nights with less than the cutoff of recorded hours get a different dot color on the calendar. 4:00 is the default, and you can change both the cutoff and the color on the Setups tab.
How does the free trial work?
Every feature works for 7 days after you first download the app. After that, the app asks for a one-time $0.99 purchase to continue. Your entries are never deleted; they are there when you unlock.
I already bought it. How do I restore it?
Open the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with. You can also restore on a new iPhone this way.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. We never receive it. Deleting the app deletes its data, though your own iPhone or iCloud backups may include it. There is no account to sign in to.
Can I move my data to a new iPhone?
Restoring a backup, or using Apple's iPhone-to-iPhone transfer, brings the app's data with it.
Is this medical advice?
No. CPAP Logger is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Always follow your care provider's and equipment supplier's guidance.
